UPCOMING EVENTS:
PVYA Baseball will hold registration during Winter Workouts on Thursdays, February 18 and 25, from 7:30-9pm, in the PVI gym.
PVYA Lacrosse registration will be held Saturday, February 20 from 2-4pm and Sunday, February 21 from noon-2pm, at the PVI gymnasium.
The PVYA Coaches vs. Coaches Basketball game will be held Saturday, February 20 at 7pm at the PVMS (doors open at 6:30pm). Admission is $5. This is a joint fundraiser for the National Foundation for Cancer Research. Wear PINK in honor of PVYA Mom, former coach and friend, Lucy Stanovick!
PVYA will host the CBL U15 & U17 Basketball Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, February 27 & 28. A schedule will be posted soon. |

The Mission
The Mission of the Pleasant Valley Youth Association is to provide athletics and activities for all interested youth residing within the Pleasant Valley School District, and surrounding areas, while providing these participants with an understanding of sport, teamwork, rules, respect and fun, and how this knowledge translates into life strategies. |
The Vision
The Vision of the Pleasant Valley Youth Association is to work with other community sports' programs, civic organizations, public officials and the community, to build a COMMUNITY CENTER for sports and other community activities. During that process, PVYA will add youth sports programs and activities to meet the needs of our community.
The Organization
The Pleasant Valley Youth Association is an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit organization. Currently there are over 100 coaches who work with approximately 500 participants in baseball, basketball and lacrosse. PVYA is overseen by a Board of Directors that consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Baseball Commissioner, Basketball Commissioner and Lacrosse Commissioner. As a new sport or activity is added, a representative from that sport or activity joins the Board of Directors.
The PVYA Board of Directors meets the Fourth (4th) Sunday of the month at 6pm at the Chestnuthill Township Park Building.
The PVYA Board of Directors is always looking for volunteers to serve as coaches, to run community youth activities, to organize fundraisers and to start new sports programs. For more information, please email info@pvyasports.org.
